This traditional Ghanaian doughnut is a popular street food enjoyed by many as a result of the sweet spices and expertise of Uncle John’s secret recipe.


Wheat Flour (Gluten), Water, Sugar, Baking Powder (Raising Agent: Sodium hydrogen carbonate, Sequestrant: Disodium diphosphate, Wheat flour), Egg, Evaporated Milk (Stabilisers: Gelling agent: Carrageenan, Sequestrant: Sodium Phosphates, Vitamin D), Palm Oil, Preservative: Calcium Sulphate, Yeast, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Soya Flour, Preservative: Calcium Propionate, Nutmeg, Antioxidants: Ascorbic Acid, Emulsifier: mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids, Antioxidant: Citric Acid.
