You’ll find sweet spices of cinnamon and rich layers of moist carrot sponge in our carrot cake. How do we manage to achieve this? We grate 1/2lb of fresh locally sourced carrots into every cake we bake.

  • Under warm conditions, storage life will be reduced


Ingredients:  Sugar, Wheat Flour (with Calcium, iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Dried Carrot, Maltodextrin, Whey Powder (Milk) Cinnamon, Raising Agents (E450 (i), E500), Salt, Stabilisers (66, E415), Starch, Flavouring, Emulsifiers (E475, E475, E471), Mixed Spices, Nutmeg, Colour (E160a (iv))), Natural Flavouring.
