Our traditional Ghanaian fish pie is lovingly handmade from scratch onsite in our bakery. Each butter shortcrust pastry is deeply filled with sardines, onions, tomatoes and lightly sprinkled with black pepper and Ghanaian spices. We never use artificial preservatives, additives or colouring.
- The pies are best enjoyed heated in the oven for that flaky crust experience.
- Heating instructions: Preheat oven to 160 C. Place pies on a baking tray and heat for 10 -15 minutes checking halfway through until piping hot.
- Don’t worry if an oven is not available. The pies can also be heated in the microwave for 2 minutes or until hot.
- Suitable for freezing up to 2 months.
